Cancellation Policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.

Once you have confirmed your appointment the day prior, a cancellation after that time will incur a 50% of the service price fee. When you cancel the day of your appointment, a 100% of the service price fee will be charged. Said fee is due by Zelle to the Spa’s phone number immediately. Your future appointments will require a 50% non-refundable deposit paid through Zelle. This fee will be applied toward your next appointments total due.

Please keep in mind that your appointment time is strictly for you. When you cancel, I am unable to fill your appointment time last minute and therefore revenue is lost. I completely understand that emergencies and life happens to all of us at one time or another. With that in mind, please always reach out as soon as you know you can’t make your appointment so that I can get you rescheduled within three days and you avoiding paying a cancellation fee.
