Hi, I'm Teena Parrillo, a Pennsylvania licensed and oncology certified nail technician and esthetician with almost 30 years of experience working in the spa/beauty industry. Three of those years, coming up on May 21st, 2024, having The Ruby Lily Spa.

Whether you have sensitive, aging or mature skin, thin, peeling nails or all is healthy, I offer everyone a gentle, but effective approach to treat the skin and health of the person with kindness, gentleness and coaxing the skin back into shape, never assaulting it. The skin and nails have taken on daily environmental factors and it takes time to reverse that.  With my proven techniques, within months, not years and your dedication to following your at-home care, together, results will be rewarded.

I'm very compassionate about what I do and strive to build a respectful relationship with all my clients, most of which have now become friends.

I have many certifications in advanced training, the most crucial being my certifications in Oncology Aesthetics, Level 1 Medical Aesthetics & Anti-Aging, Principles of LED Light Therapy and Epigenetics & Skin Care. I also train extensively with my main skin care brand Hale & Hush. These trainings continue monthly, so I am always kept up-to-date on new ingredients, techniques and information to pass along to you in my blog.

Now, a little about the Spa ....

The Spa's name was formed by using my birthstone and birth flower.  As you might have guessed, I was born in July!  A summer, beach loving baby I am for sure!

The Spa is a safe, comforting and private space to come to for nail, skin and body care.  You will have time to laugh, talk it out, sit quietly and most importantly relax and enjoy your time here and maybe indulge in some chocolates before you leave. (Wink).  I always have fresh filtered water, chilled lemon water, coffee and herbal tea available for any time you visit!

I provide a private Spa experience servicing only one client per appointment time. However, if you want to bring a friend along to each get a manicure, please be sure to let me know so that I can have the Spa set up to accommodate both of you comfortably while you wait for each service to be finished.
