Gift cards can be purchased for any current service on the menu or in any amount. You may also add a gratuity to your gift card amount to make it easier on the recipient.

Gift cards can be picked up in person with free gift wrapping representing the occasion.   When picked up in person, a small gift is included in the gift bag for the recipient.  A gift card can also be emailed to you in a PDF format for you to print on your own.  I will include a complementary upgrade to be chosen at the time of their service as my gift.

Payments for gift cards are accepted in cash or Zelle using the spas phone number of 267-224-0142. When using Zelle, please be sure to put my full name of Teena Parrillo as your contact and using a phone number only, not email.

I do offer a 100% refund if the recipient is unable to use the gift card for any reason within six months of purchase.  A refund is only issued to the purchaser. Said refund request should be made in writing to me at teena@therubylilyspa.com. If I am unable to provide the service safely to the recipient, I will issue a 100% refund to the purchaser only. Refunds will be honored within 7 business days.  Payment will be returned to the purchaser by business check or through Zelle.

Gift cards are valid for 6 months only. When purchasing during a holiday season, the gift card begins on the day after the holiday and is valid for 6 months from that date.

If after the recipient has used the gift card for the service they have chosen and a balance remains and they do not wish to choose any further services, the remaining balance will be applied towards a gratuity unless the purchaser requests a refund of the remaining balance.
