Gift cards can be purchased for any current service on the menu or in any amount. You may also add a gratuity to your gift card amount to make it easier on the recipient.

Gift cards can be picked up in person with free gift wrapping representing the occasion.   A gift card can also be emailed to you in a PDF format for you to print on your own.

You can call or text me at 267-224-0142 or send an email to teena@therubylilyspa.com to order your gift card.  Please allow three business days for the gift card to be prepared.

Payments for gift cards are accepted in cash when picked up or using Zelle through the spas phone number of 267-224-0142. When using Zelle, please be sure to put my full name of Teena Parrillo as your contact.

I do offer a 100% refund minus any fees that may be associated with said refund if the recipient is unable to use the gift card for any reason.  A refund is only issued to the purchaser. Said refund request should be made in writing to me at teena@therubylilyspa.com.  If I am unable to provide the service safely to the recipient, I will issue a 100% refund minus any fees directly to the purchaser only. Refunds will be honored within 7 business days.  Payment will be returned to the purchaser in the manner in which it was received, either cash or through Zelle only.

Gift cards are valid for 6 months only. When purchasing during a holiday season, the gift card begins on the day after the holiday and is valid for 6 months from that date.

If after the recipient has used the gift card for the service they have chosen and a balance remains and they do not wish to choose any further services, the purchaser may request a refund that will be issued to them only. Otherwise, a remaining balance can be applied towards a gratuity.
