Gift Card Policies
Payments for gift cards are accepted in cash or Zelle (free and transfers from bank to bank). I’m sorry, I do not accept debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo or Pay Pal.
Call/Text me (Teena) at 267-224-0142 or email me at Teena@TheRubyLilySpa.com or head right to the contact page by clicking here and fill out the contact form. Please allow three business days for all gift cards to be prepared and sent via email or picked up in person so that I have enough time to personalize it for you.
Gift cards are valid for the time stated on the gift card and are available for all services on the menu. A reminder will be sent to the recipient 30 days prior to the expiration if they have not reached out to schedule. On the expiration date, the gift card is no longer valid and will not be accepted or refunded.
Gift cards when picked up in person are wrapped free with a small gift inside representing the occasion.
Gift cards when sent to your email in a pdf format for you to print, include a complimentary upgrade for the recipient at their first visit.
IMPORTANT INFO: I do offer a 100% refund if the recipient is unable to use the gift card for any reason. This is only valid during the dates listed on the gift card. If the gift card has expired, no refund will be issued. A refund is only issued to the purchaser. Said refund request should be made in writing to me at teena@therubylilyspa.com. If I am unable to provide the service safely to the recipient, I will issue a 100% refund to the purchaser only. Refunds will be honored within 7 business days. Payment will be returned to the purchaser by business check or through Zelle. If after the recipient has used the gift card for the service they have chosen and a balance remains and they do not wish to choose any further services, the remaining balance will be applied towards a gratuity unless the purchaser requests a refund of the remaining balance. Said refund, if requested, will be issued to the purchaser only by business check or through Zelle within 7 business days.
