Spa Policies
Payments for services/product purchases: Are accepted in cash, check* and/or Zelle utilizing the Spa’s phone number of 267-224-0142 and are due prior to leaving the Spa or may be paid in advance if more convenient.
Payments for gratuities: Are accepted in cash, check and/or Zelle. Thank you so much!
Gift cards: May be paid in cash, check* and/or Zelle and are available in any amount and for any service. If you would like to add a gratuity in advance, you may add same to your gift card amount. Please be sure to let me know the amount you would like to add. Thank you so much! All gift cards that are picked up in person are packaged for the specific occasion at no extra charge and include a small gift. Emailed gift cards are in a pdf format and can be printed or emailed to the recipient.
*Personal checks: If your check is returned from the bank as unpaid/insufficient funds, stop payment, etc., you are responsible for all bank fees including the service price. Once you have been notified, payment for services including bank fees must be paid immediately through Zelle utilizing the Spa’s phone number of 267-224-0142. All future appointments will be required to be paid in cash and/or Zelle.
After your appointment has been confirmed, a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a flat fee of $35.00, regardless of the price of your service. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service price. These fees are due in full through Zelle immediately. No further appointments will be scheduled until this fee is paid. Future appointments will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service price, but will be applied to the total due as long as the appointment is kept.
If you are 5 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, I will do my best to complete your service in its entirety. If you are 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, I will need to decrease certain portions of your service (such as massage or soak time) in order to stay on schedule for my next appointment. If you are going to be 15 minutes late or later, I will need to reschedule your appointment to the next available time on the schedule. This will also incur a late charge of 50% of the total service price. If you fail to appear for your appointment after same has been confirmed, you will be considered a No Show and you will be charged 100% of the service price due immediately through Zelle. Please give me a call as soon as you know you may be late for your appointment so that I may adjust the schedule accordingly and be able to provide you with as much of your service as possible.
I reserve the right to change prices as necessary without notice, but will make every effort at all times to give proper notice of any increase or service change.
Always be sure to book your next appointment prior to leaving the Spa. This ensures that you have the day and time that you prefer and I ensure that your nails and skin are kept in optimum condition.
All supplies used are scrubbed clean of any visible debris in hot soapy water, disinfected and UV Sterilized between clients. A new liner is used for every pedicure and the pedicure bowl is scrubbed cleaned and disinfected in between clients. All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected between clients. Any items not able to go through this process are thrown away in a covered receptacle.
I follow all Pennsylvania State Board Guidelines for your safety, so if at any time I am running behind, please be patient as I am making sure that the Spa is safe for you to enter.
