Oncology (Cancer Care) Menu of Treatments
✏️ Please note: While I am oncology trained and certified through Oncology Training International, if you are currently receiving chemotherapy, radiation or any other cancer treatment whether orally or topically, I do require a note from your oncologist to confirm that it is safe for you to receive a service. All steps within each treatment will be adjusted as necessary to what you feel comfortable with and what I can safely provide for you. I focus on using products that are as natural and safe as possible, unscented, organic, vegan, cruelty free and leaping bunny certified.
If you are in active Chemotherapy and/or radiation:
When you need some pampering during your cancer treatments, I will do as much as I safely can for you with the following treatments. I do have products available that are mindful to those with cancer and are generally safe to use during treatment. These products are also available for purchase. You may of course leave with some samples as my gift to you for bravely coming in to seek treatment.
Nourishing Oncology Manicure - $20.00. If you would like your own implements, please let me know when scheduling so that I may obtain them for you, at no charge. You’ll enjoy a gentle unscented hand cleanse, unscented organic shea butter lotion and relax under a heated herbal pack to infuse the lotion into the skin. Nail shaping, gentle cuticle care and a high shine buff or a polish color of your choice finishes your treatment.
Nourishing Oncology Pedicure - $35.00. I do have disposable liners for my free-standing bowl. An unscented sea salt soak, foot file to smooth any calluses, sugar and oil scrub, gentle massage of an organic unscented shea butter and warm towel wrap. You can choose a high shine buff or a polish color of your choice.
Nourishing Oncology Express Facial - $65.00. This facial will be customized using my Hale & Hush line that started in oncology formulations and still have 10 products in the line that are safe during your cancer journey. All products are paraben free, gluten free, sulfate free, have no artificial fragrances and are leaping bunny certified. Same are available for purchase at a special discount just for you.
If you are in recovery and/or remission:
Prior to scheduling an appointment, please confirm with your oncologist that it is safe for you to receive any treatments listed below. All steps within each treatment will be adjusted as necessary to what you feel comfortable with and what I can safely provide for you.
Nourishing Manicure - $28.00. A gentle clean-up and hydration session for your nails, cuticles and skin. I’ll focus on repairing and replenishing the skin barrier with gentle products suited for sensitive and compromised skin. If no lymphedema is present, you will also receive a gentle massage of the hands and lower arms. You may choose polish, a high shine buff or left bare.
Nourishing Pedicure - $50.00. A gentle clean-up and hydration session for your feet, nails and skin. A warm soak will help to soften any rough areas, especially the heels. I’ll focus on replenishing the skin barrier and providing overall hydration. If no lymphedema is present, you will also receive a gentle massage of the feet and lower legs. You may choose polish, a high shine buff or left bare.
Nourishing Facial - $125.00. Focusing on calming any irritation, repairing the skin barrier and providing a nice healthy glow again. All steps within this facial will be personalized to suit what you feel comfortable with and what your skin can currently tolerate. I always take a gentle approach, so we will focus on balancing the skin and providing hydration with this facial. If you are able to receive massage, same will be adjusted to take into consideration any ports, lymphedema and/or scarring.
LED Light Therapy – 30 minutes with facial - $25.00 (covers face, neck & décolleté). 30-minute individual treatments - $30.00. (Includes cleansing, gentle exfoliation, application of a clear hyaluronic acid serum, light session, moisturizer and sunscreen.) Please confirm with your oncologist when it is safe for you to receive an LED treatment.
When the skin needs repair of either redness, irritation, inflammation, minimizing fine lines and wrinkles, adding my clinically proven, FDA cleared Celluma Pro LED light to your facial, will provide amazing results even after one visit. Red and Infrared light penetrate through to the dermal layers of the skin to increase micro-circulation, tissue repair and activate cells to produce more collagen and elastin, our building blocks for healthy skin. The acne setting with a combination of blue and red light, first kills the bacteria within the pores then reduces inflammation to promote healing. This is a safe, effective and non-invasive solution for healthier skin. Recommended at every facial and a weekly individual treatment to truly see improvement in the skin.
