\n\t\tPurchasing a gift card\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

Gift cards can be purchased for any current service on the menu or in any amount. You may also add a gratuity to your gift card amount to make it easier on the recipient.<\/p>\n

Gift cards can be picked up in person with free gift wrapping representing the occasion.\u00a0 \u00a0A gift card can also be emailed to you in a PDF format for you to print on your own.<\/p>\n

You can call or text me at 267-224-0142<\/a> or send an email to teena@therubylilyspa.com<\/a> to order your gift card. \u00a0Please allow three business days for the gift card to be prepared.<\/p>\n

Payments for gift cards are accepted in cash when picked up or using Zelle through the spas phone number of 267-224-0142. When using Zelle, please be sure to put my full name of Teena Parrillo as your contact.<\/p>\n

I do offer a 100% refund minus any fees that may be associated with said refund if the recipient is unable to use the gift card for any reason.\u00a0 A refund is only issued to the purchaser. Said refund request should be made in writing to me at teena@therubylilyspa.com<\/a>.\u00a0 If I am unable to provide the service safely to the recipient, I will issue a 100% refund minus any fees directly to the purchaser only. Refunds will be honored within 7 business days. \u00a0Payment will be returned to the purchaser in the manner in which it was received, either cash or through Zelle only.<\/p>\n

Gift cards are valid for 6 months only. When purchasing during a holiday season, the gift card begins on the day after the holiday and is valid for 6 months from that date.<\/p>\n

If after the recipient has used the gift card for the service they have chosen and a balance remains and they do not wish to choose any further services, the purchaser may request a refund that will be issued to them only. Otherwise, a remaining balance can be applied towards a gratuity.<\/p>\n
