Target Winter Dryness with a Winter Revival Facial

Winter is coming to a close…how has your skin been doing this winter? We have had many fluctuations in temperature since the holidays with frigid, single digit temps to high wind and cold days. All of these weather conditions impact the skin in different ways. Frigid temps can make the skin feel tight and dry while windy and cold can cause the skin to turn red and become dehydrated. It’s best during these types of weather fluctuations to keep to a simple routine of a gentle cleanser, hydrating moisturizer and always SPF during the day.

At night you can follow with the same routine of a gentle cleanser and hydrating moisturizer. If you have a hyaluronic acid serum such as my Soothe Essence from Hale & Hush, that would be an excellent addition to your skincare routine morning and night. This will add much needed moisture to the skin. Keeping it simple is always best during these times, but keeping your skin hydrated and heavily moisturized will also assist your barrier in remaining balanced.

Be sure to take advantage of my Winter Revival Facial (available until March 20th) to assist the skin in targeting this excess dryness and irritation by healing it in the most gentlest way.
