We begin all services with a warm, comforting hand wash, warm towels and seasonal scented lotion. (Yes, you may choose an unscented lotion, just let us know!) You will also enjoy warmed herbal packs for the neck and body if you choose, prior to the start of your massage.
If you would like to indulge in some extra relaxation before or after your massage with a mug of hot tea or coffee, please let us know when scheduling so we can adjust the schedule accordingly.
Aromatherapeutic Massage – 60 minutes - $100.00 – 90 minutes - $140.00 – Enjoy this relaxing, and soothing massage to reduce stress, relieve muscle tension and increase blood flow. Includes your choice of an essential oil blended with a Jojoba Oil or unscented massage cream. A light to medium pressure is used throughout.
Pure Relaxation Aromatherapy Massage - 90 minutes - $145.00 - Enjoy the Aromatherapeutic Massage for 90 whole body hands-on minutes. Also includes a gentle facial massage. A light to medium pressure is used throughout.
Total Revival Massage – 60-minutes - $110.00 - 90 minutes - $150.00 – Enjoy a medium to deeper pressure massage to work out all your kinks. Includes an Arnica based Jojoba Oil or Lotion (to assist in relaxing muscle tightness and fatigue) as well as a peppermint or eucalyptus hand and foot massage.
Blissful Pregnancy Massage – 50 minutes - $85.00 – After your first trimester, the back, hips, legs and feet take on the extra weight of your beautifully growing baby. Let this massage ease those pains in a relaxing and comforting way. You will enjoy this massage lying on your side and supported by pillows.
Add-On Treatments
Far Infrared Sauna blanket – From 5 minutes up to 15 minutes - $1.50 per minute - Warm up your muscles with a far infrared sauna blanket treatment. Infrared warms through to the dermal layers of the skin so it’s great for those cold days as well as those that suffer from stiffness, body aches and general discomfort like arthritis. The sauna blanket will warm the body all over at a comfortable temperature. You’ll then move right into your full body massage without leaving the table.
Focus Point Massage – 10 minutes - $15.00 – Needing a little extra TLC on a certain area? You can choose to alleviate your discomfort from the neck and shoulders, arms and hands, legs, calves and feet or the back.
Sinus Relief – 10 minutes - $15.00 - Seasonal allergies and sinus pressure can be lessened with massage utilizing specific essential oils, pressure points and cold cryofreeze globes and/or marble stones.
Peppermint Foot Treatment - $10.00 – Enjoy a warm cleanse, warm towels and a cool down with an energizing peppermint essential oil massage on the bottom of the feet.
Frankincense Hand Treatment - $10.00 – Enjoy a warm cleanse, warm towels and a rejuvenating hand massage with Frankincense essential oil and an unscented shea butter and jojoba blend lotion. Great for skin that’s feeling dry and rough.
Heated Basalt Stones – $15.00 – Add this relaxing warmth to the skin where you need it most. Choose from the back, thighs, calves, feet, arms, and/or hands.
Reiki Session – 30 minutes - $45.00, 60 minutes - $70.00 - Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-invasive form of hands-on healing with energy coming from the technician and transferred to the patient/client. It is a relaxing treatment that can be used for achieving balance and calm and simply gives an energy to support the client in his or her own healing journey, whatever that may be. Please note that Reiki is not a “cure” for any particular illness or disease. Please always consult your physician.
